A transactional session is focused on a surface-level exchange: you pay for a service, receive a temporary experience, and walk away essentially unchanged.

A transformational session, by contrast, invites your full presence and participation.  It’s a sacred co-creation, designed to help you remember who you truly are, release what no longer serves, and embody more of your truth, power, and radiance.

It lingers long after the session ends, creating real shifts in how you relate to your body, your heart, and your life.
